To book the band we will require the following details: date, occasion, location, performing times (to be agreed by us), number of guests and your contact details. Booking the band requires a non-refundable 25% deposit which will then secure that date for you. The balance of the performance fee must then be paid four weeks in advance of the performance date.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of your having to cancel a booking after payment of the balance, Up4Grabs reserve the right to return 50% of the fee if notice of cancellation is 14 days or more before the performance date. Should you cancel less than 14 days before the performance date, Up4Grabs will only be required to return 30% of the balance of the fee.
